I take the privacy of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it and how I protect it. By using milkandbeyond.com or booking a service with me, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. What information I collect

When you book a session or contact me, I may collect your name, contact details (email, phone number and WhatsApp), information about your baby including age, feeding history and health background, and any other details you share with me during consultations or in written correspondence. I only collect information that is necessary to provide my services. I will not accept or act on information given by anyone other than a parent or legal guardian.

3. How I use your information

I use your information to deliver the service you have booked, to send written notes and feeding plans after your session, to provide WhatsApp follow-up support where included, to send your invoice and process payment and to contact you about your booking or any changes to my services. I will not use your information for marketing without your permission. I will not share it with third parties unless required by law.

4. How long I keep your information

I keep client records for as long as necessary to provide my services. Financial records including invoices are kept for a minimum of six years in line with UAE requirements. If you would like your information deleted, contact me at julia@milkandbeyond.com. I will action your request unless I am legally required to retain certain records.

5. How I store and protect your information

Your information is stored securely. I take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access. I communicate with clients primarily via email and WhatsApp. Please be aware that neither channel can be guaranteed to be fully secure. If you have concerns about sharing sensitive information this way, please raise them with me directly.

6. Third-party tools

I use a small number of third-party tools to run my business. These may process your data in line with their own privacy policies.

Video calls — I use Google Meet for online consultations. Google's privacy policy applies to these calls: policies.google.com/privacy

WhatsApp — Meta's privacy policy applies to WhatsApp communications: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy

Email — I use Gmail as my email provider. Google's privacy policy applies to email communications: policies.google.com/privacy

7. Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data I hold about you. You have the right to request that I correct inaccurate information.
